iCT On Call
is for those that want IT support on an as-needed basis. This service is most applicable to clients who:
1) have minimal IT requirements, and/or
2) have technically competent staff that can manage all but the most complex problems, and/or
3) have experienced unplanned failures or events for which technical expertise is necessary on short notice.
iCT On Call clients do not receive the full benefits of proactive attention to their IT infrastructures provided by iCT Managed Care, so iCT On Call activities are, by definition, reactive in nature. Clients subscribing to iCT On Call contact their iCT Representative to schedule each service call. These visits are then placed in queue and executed on a best-effort basis. Charges are based on an hourly rate.
